Philosophy
This solar eclipse by the moon is a metaphor of the ego perceiving darkness in the bright light of the full day sun. The Course says that as we learn to remove the blocks to love, what is left is love. Just as the moon casts a shadow briefly across the face of the earth, in truth it has no effect on the sun’s light at all. We are also reminded in this, that “time has no effect on eternity”.

This tree root appearing to stand strong is what’s left of a large dead tree laying in the sand at Quarry Bay beach in the Apostle Islands of Lake Superior. Anything I have to say here can be taken much like this root. Perceptions are temporary. Knowledge, which cannot be spoke, is eternal and needs no explanation.
As we remove our judgments and forgive our mistakes and those of our brothers, our minds will be returned to the Truth and we will Know Peace because it is what we are.
